Subject: Hawaii Island Humane Society.
Please return the animal control contract for West Hawaii to the
West Hawaii Humane Society. I want to be a strong supporter of the
Humane society but cannot as long as I feel it is notfulfilling its
purpose. I had a very bad experience in February of 199? and do not
feel that anyone but local West Hawaii can handle the job correctly.
I believe, if you look at the record, there are many areas that were
neglected or overlooked in the past year. I would like to come to the
May 5th meeting but cannot because of illness. Add my voice and very
strong support to the West Hawaii Humane Society-they understand the
local situa.tior_-ano will ao the nest ,job.
