SUBJECT: ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21, HAWAII COUNTY CODE
RELATING TO SEWER
We are submitting the attached proposed ordinance for your review and consideration. The
amendment would delete the provision that requires Council approval by resolution for all sewer
extensions, including extensions by private developers.
We ask for your consideration in adopting the subject ordinance. Should you have any questions,
