SUBJECT: COMMUNICATION 781, BILL 215
AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE
RELATING TO SEWER
We request that the subject communication be withdrawn. The current version of the bill
inadvertently omits amendments to Chapter 21 that the Department intended to propose.
A new bill for an ordinance will be submitted for your consideration.
