Arakaki, Chair and Members of the Council Hawaii County Council 25 Aupuni Street Hilo, Hawaii 96720 RE: File Closure As the Committee on Finance is currently in the process of purging outdated measures, I would like to request the file closure of the following deferred measures: Bill No. 67 Amends Chapter 15, Article 2, Section 15-19 of the Hawaii County Code 1983, Draft 2 relating to the use of audio devices in certain parks. (10 p.m. to 10 a.m.) C-284, 1995 Comm. 284.01 From Council Member Keola Childs, dated June 8, 1995, transmitting an opinion by Corporation Counsel, dated May 18, 1995, regarding Bill No. 67, which would prohibit the use of electronic audio devices; and the withdrawal of Bill No. 68. Bill No. 168 Ordinance Bill amending the Hawaii County Code 1983, by adding a new Comm. 767 chapter creating a concurrency ordinance. From Council Member Jim Rath, dated October 19, 1995. Res. No. 293 Resolution relating to land exchange with Kamehameha Schools/Bishop Estate Comm. 1071 to acquire 1,000 acres in Hamakua for development of a County agricultural park or to be leased to legitimate farmers or farming organizations. From Dr. Keola Downing, representing Light Post Production Company, requesting for the construction of a Video Production booth to be located at the back of Council chambers for storage of his production equipment between meetings.
