A small group of "concerned" Pc-()Plc in West Hawaii are attempting to stop NBC from
using the Mahai'ula state park as a site for the aeries WIND on WATER.
1'hc Governor and Mike Wilson wiD be meeting with these people Monday, 4/20/98,
according to our sources.

long beach front State Park available to people who can not now use the road because they
do not have four wheel drive cars and trucks.
There are not that many beach sites on this Island. I'm sure that I anai, Molokai and Maui
all that have ranch lands and beaches would welcome the series to their island.
Please hustle and let the Governor and Mike Wilson, Chairman of the DLNR know how
much this means to you and our island's economically.
