SUBJECT: Resolution for the Hawaii Co y Council
Amended Citizen Participation Plan
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) has
submitted to the Hawai'i County Housing Agency (HCHA) a
resolution to amend and adopt an amended Citizen Participation
Plan, as required by the Community Development Block Grant Small
Cities, HOME Investment Partnerships, and Emergency Shelter
Grants programs.
The HCHA has reviewed and approved the resolution at its meeting
of April 15, 1998. Accordingly, I am requesting that the
resolution be included on the Council agenda for action at its
May 6, 1998, meeting.
