SUBJECT: BILL 228 - ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE HAWAII
COUNTY CODE RELATING TO SEWERS
The subject Bill has been scheduled on the Committee on Public Works & Parks for September
15, 1998. The State Department of Health has expressed an interest in testifying on behalf of
the Bill. We request that you defer action on the Bill in order to allow the Department of Health
an opportunity to send a representative to testify.
