SUBJECT: Bill No. 229, Draft 2
Attached please find Draft 2 of Bill 229 to initiate a charter amendment to Section 3-2,
Article III, Hawaii County Chater, relating to the composition and terms of the Hawaii County
Council. Draft 2 contains a single word revision to correct a clerical error in Section 5. The
revised draft was adopted by floor amendment of the Council at its meeting this date.
