Some Members of Your Conunittee were concerned that the agreement should have been
signed, dated and returned to the County by November 15, 2002. Prosecuting Attorney

Juvenile.Iustice has approved the allocation of the funds primaril} hccause Ilawai'i
County does have a comprehensive strategy plan.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the pwpose and intent of Resolution
No. 15-03 and recommends its adoption.
