"The purpose of Resolution No. 9-03 is authorize the acceptance of a donation ol~ real property. identif icd as
parcel Tax Map Key: (3) 2-8-O1 x:002 (portion), Lot 1, Honomu'IYans~cr Station Access Road. from Kaiwiki
Properties, LLC, and RS Williams. LLC According to Resolution No. 09-03, the subject parcel currentl}~
provides access to the County's Honomu Solid Waste "transfer Station and is Valued at appro.~imatel}
$3,427.73.
During discussion. committee members questioned the condition of the road and attempted to confirm the actual
size of the right-ol=way to be donated to the county. No one present al today's meeting was able to provide this
information. Also during this meeting. a letter dated December 1?. 2002 from Gerald'I~ul.usc. Assistant
Corporation Counsel, requesting that despite his absence at U~day's meting. this resolution he forwarded to the
Council Icvel for consideration, was received and circulated.
Councilmember Tyler voted kanalua times two.
Your Committee is in accordance e~ith the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 9-03 and recommends its
adoption.
