The purpose of Resolution 27-03 is to accept the dedication of Parcel 14 firm Kcauhou Investment Company and Kona
Coast Properties, Ltd. for use in the Kahului-Keauhou Parkway Prgject. l~hc subject parcel is situated al Pahoehoe 2'°~.
