amended, the Operating Budget, ending .hme 30, 2003. The amendment is as follows:

These funds, donated as part of Wal-Mart Hilo~s community involvement program, will be used
towards the purchase of educational materials to be distributed to the public in commemoration
of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Week in May 2003.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 64 and
recommends it pass first reading.
