Fhis measure is appropriate the third increment of the fuel tax increase established h}' Resolution
Nos. 192-97 and 241-98, which projected revenues are being allocated utilising the same
distribution method as the second increment. ~Fhat distribution was allocated according to each
district's percent of miles of local streets. Specific projects are as follows:
