The amendment is as follows: <br />From: <br />3609.10 Fund Balance From Prior Year Park Dedication $17,334.67 <br />To: <br />290-801-5801.42 Transfer to Capital Projects Fund Park Dedication $17.334.67 <br />l~hcse funds will be used Ibr the additional improvements at the Keaukaha Gym. which is <br />currently under construction. <br />Your Committee Members expressed concerns about the legal use of these funds as it appears <br />they were intended for specific park areas. Pam Mizuno, Deputy Director of Parks and <br />Recreation advised Your Committee that she will look into this matter prior to the next Council <br />meeting. <br />For informational purposes.
