RE: Bill No. 233, Draft 2
Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 233, Draft 2, with the following
amendments:
1. Delete the existing Section 1, which will be replaced by "Section 2".
2. Amend the new "Section 1" with new account numbers. The new numbers simplify the
tracking of projects by the Accounting Division.
3. Delete "2233.00 Unallotted Apprn General Fund Transfer $92,755" from the "new Section
2". Because Resolution No. 266-98, Draft 3 is being transmitted simultaneously with
Bill No. 233, Draft 2, technically, the funds are not in the account as yet.
