'Ehe usage could easily go up three to ibur times more in a few erlrs. The <br />Department of Hawaiian Home bands would also be a potential customer as it anticipates <br />development in the area of the Kcalal.che Wastewater ll'eatment Plant. <br />Bill No. 92, Draft 2, transmitted by Director of the Department ol~ f{m ironmcntal Management <br />Barbara Bell pia Communication No. 206.1. dated April 30, 200, amended this bill to include <br />the last line of page 1 as it appears in the current Chapter 21 Article 4, Section 21->6.1 0l the <br />I Iawai'i Counh Code. which ~+~as unintentionally dropped when drafting the bill. <br />For information purposes.
