Facult}' and Class.

Department of Parks & Recreation, fbr i.oo activities at the Pana'ewa Raintbrest 700.

'11so. pursuant t0 Chapter ?. Article 30. Section 2-163 (c), of the Ilawai'i County Code_ any
donation or gift which does not ball within the capitalization procedure, ofthe department of
finance shall be suhmitted t0 the council by letter for its approval.
