doted July 9, 2003. amends Ordinance No. 03-49 of the County of I lavroai' i. adopted on
March 25.2003, relating to d~c issuance of general obligation bonds.
Bill No. 126 proposes to amend the 2003 A General Obligation Bond (GOB) Ordinance No. 03-
49, to include reference to Ordinance No. 03-90, the Capital Improvement Program (CIF) Budget
fbr fiscal year 2003-04. in which certain projects mentioned in the GOB ordinance were
appropriated.
Although the bond ordinance includes projects that were appropriated in the fiscal year 2003-04
CIP budget ordinance, it needs to be amended to reference the CIP budget Ordinance No. U3-90.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 126 and
recommends it pass first reading.
