I[-14 for the County of Hawaii, by changing the district classification for approximately 5 acres of land ti~om an Agricultural to a Rural zoned district. l~he somewhat rectangular-shaped subject property, owned in fee he Dacid C. and Dorinda S. Hamilton, and Craig "h. and Bonnie B. Paultler_ is located in the Anekona I~.states Subdivision on the south side of Kanehoa Street. 'Chc owners have consented to die reyucst to suhdivide the property into two lots approximately two aacs in size. I he properq is currently CPR'd into hio units. and once the subdivision is approecd, the CPR will he eliminated. l~hc applicant intends to construct a dwelling on one of the proposed lots. hhc propcrt} is not situated within Uic Special Management urea as it lies six miles from the nearest coastline.
