No. 03-91, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending June 30, 2004. "Fhe amendment is as

These fiords from the Wal-Mart Hilo will be used towards the purchase of educational materials
to be distributed to the public in commemoration of Fire Prevention Week in October and of
Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Week in May 2004.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 150 and
recommends it pass first reading.
