No. 03-91, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending June 30, 2004. "fhe amendment is as

These funds from the Wal-Mart Kona will be used towards the purchase of educational materials
to be distributed to the public in commemoration of Fire Prevention Week in October 2003 and
of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Week in May 2004.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 161 and
recommends it pass first reading.
