Bill No. 155. transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication No. 360.
dated September 25, 2003, amends Ordinance No. 03-90, as amended, the Capital Budget,
ending June 30, 2004, by adding the following project

Kalaniana'ole Interceptor Sewer 1 10-699-5691.42 $1.000,000
Rehabilitation -State Revolting Funds (SRF)
Funds for these projects shall be provided from SRP.
last fiscal year, Ordinance No. 03-81 appropriated this project for $5,000,000 with the source of
funds coming from the SRF'. An additional $1.000,000 is being appropriated as estimates
received indicate that the project cost may exceed the original appropriation.
Originally heard on October 7, 2003, this measure was deferred because the Environmental
Management Department was viable to attend the Finance meeting.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 155 and
recommends it pass first reading.
