dated October 15, 2003, amends Ordinance Nn. 03-91. as amended, the Operating Budget.
ending June 30, 2004. The amendment is as follows:

3609.08 Fund Balance from Prior Year-Reserved Highway $385.458.35
Ib:
020-801-5801.34 Transfer to Capital Project Pund Highway $385.458.35
This ordinance appropriates the excess fuel tax revenues collected in fiscal year 2002-2003,
which needs to be transferred to the Capital Project Fund.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 168 and
recommends it pass first reading.
