No. 420/Bill No. 186 <br />Council Chair and Members <br />Hawaii County Council <br />Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 186, reports as follows: <br />Bill No. 186, transmitted by Director of Finance William "fakaba, via Communication No. 420, dated <br />November 18, 2003, amends Ordinance No. 03-90, as amended, the Capital Budget, ending.lune 30, 2004, by <br />adding the following prgject: <br />PUBLIC WORKS: <br />Flood Disaster Prgjects -County Match I10-299-5299.46 <br />$500,000 <br />Funds for these projects shall be provided from general obligation bonds, capital projects fund-fund balance <br />and/or other sources. <br />Funds will be used for the County portion of the remaining November 2000 flood related projects. Federal <br />Highway Administration will fund 82.48% of the cost. Federal Emergency Management Agency will fund 75% of <br />the cost.
