progress reports for the above-referenced Change of Zone Ordinance No. 94-78, Use
Permit No. 74 and Special Permit No. 863. Thank you for complying with this annual report
requirement.
We shall forward your report to the Planning Commission and County Council for their review.
For your information, your next annual report shall be filed on or before July 13, 1998. For
convenience, we are using the effective date for the Change of Zone Ordinance as the annual
report filing date.
Also, the applicant for the Special Permit and the Change of Zone are reflected in our records as
Spear Development. Should you wish to make any name changes, you may want to make a
formal request by letter.
