Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred Communication No. 644 and
attached Resolution No. 196-04, reports as follows:
Communication No. 644 and attached Resolution No. 196-04, dated May 21, 2004, from Patricia O'Toole, Deputy Corporation
Counsel, proposed resolutions authorizing the acceptance of dedication of real properties, including all subdivision improvements
thereon, from Towne Keauhou LLC to the County of Hawaii for road right-of--way.
Your Committee a[ its meeting today moved [o approve Resolution No. 196-04, which was amended to include clauses indicating that
the subject roadways, streetlights, drainage and water improvements have been completed according to County of Hawaii standards,
are acceptable for dedication, and are in full compliance with the provisions of Chapter 23 (Subdivision Code), of the Hawaii County
Code.
Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 196-04,
as amended ro Draft 2, and recommends its adoption.
