No. 220-04 <br />PLACE: Council Chambers <br />TIME.: 10:50 a.m. <br />Council Chair and Members <br />Hawaii County Council <br />Hilo, F[awai'i 96720 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 220-04, reports as follows: <br />Resolution No. 220-04, transmitted jointly with Bill No. 307 by Director of Finance <br />William 'Takaba, via Communication No. 718, dated August 3, 2004, authorizes the receipt and <br />expenditure of Bay Clinic's Hawaii County Youth Anti-Drug Fund Community Grants <br />Program. <br />fhe Bay Clinic, through its Hawaii County Youth Anti-Drug Fund Community Grants Program, <br />has awarded $L000 to the Department of Parks and Recreation. 'these funds will he used to <br />defray costs incurred by the Recreation Division's Honoka`a Summer Fun Youth Camp.
