No. 718/Bill No. 307 <br />Council Chair and Members <br />Hawaii County Council <br />Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 307, reports as follows: <br />Bill No. 307, transmitted .jointly with Resolution No. 220-04 by Director of Finance <br />William Takaba, via Communication No. 718, dated August 3, 2004, amends Ordinance <br />No. 04-74, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending June 30, 2005.
