Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 314, reports as follows:
Bill No. 314. transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication No. 736,
dated August 1 1.2004, amends Ordinance No. 04-75, as amended, the Capital Budget, ending
,lone 30. 2005, by adding the following project

Funds fivr this project shall he provided from general obligation bonds, capital projects, fund-
fund balance and/or other sources.
Funds will be used fir the improvements to the restroom facility to bring the park's restroom
building and wastewater system into compliance with current building codes, health regulations
and accessibility requirements.
I.apscd funds from the prior appropriation (Ordinance No. 02-18) will be used to fund this
rcappropriation. Supplemental funding necessary for completion of the construction project will
be attributed from other existing Department of Parks and Recreation accounts for accessibility
compliance, repairs to facilities and/or wastewater improvements.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 314 and
recommends it pass first reading.
