No. 242-04 <br />Council Chair and Members <br />Hawaii County Council <br />Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br />Your Committee nn Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 242-04, reports as follows: <br />Resolution No. 242-04, transmitted by Mayor Harry Kim, via Communication No. 772, dated <br />September 22. 2004, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more than one <br />fiscal year for amulti-year lease for a copier. <br />The County of }[awai'i Kona Mayor's Office wishes to enter into afive-year lease contract for a <br />copier.
