No. 775Bi11 No. 332 Council ('hair and Members Ilawai'i County Council Hilo, Hawaii 96720 Your Committee on h'inance, to which was referred Bill No. 332, reports as follows: Bill No. 332, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication No.775. dated September 22, 2004, amends Ordinance No. 04-75, as amended, relating to Public Improvements and Financing thereof for the Fiscal Year ,luly 2, 2004 to .tune 30, 2005, is hereby amended by establishing the following program appropriations: PROGRAM AMOUNT fEA-21 Projects (Federal Aid) $216,061.79 Local Road Improvements $216,061.80 TOTAL $432,123.59 This measure appropriates the excess fuel tax revenues collected from the third increment of the fuel tax increase for 2002-2004. Actual revenues collected exceeded the $6 million of projected revenues established by Ordinance 03-92. The excess revenues are being distributed using the same procedures and percentages established by Ordinance 03-62. The TEA-21 projects listed below arc being included to account for late billings from the State of Flawai'i and unanticipated supplemartal or change order work.
