The amendment is as <br />follows: <br />From: <br />3303.64 <br />I~o: <br />010-201-5216.19 <br />Federal Grants -Repeat Offenders Project General $16,800 <br />Total $16,800 <br />Repeat Offenders Project General $16,800 <br />Total $16,800 <br />"Chose funds from the State of Hawaii Department of Transportation, Public Affairs Office - <br />Sate Community Program will be used to reduce major traffic crashes and fatalities involving <br />drivers with no valid driver's licenses.
