Bill No. 361, transmitted jointly with Resolution No. 258-04 by Director of Finance
William "Fakaba, via Conununication No. 830, dated October 22, 2004, amends Ordinance No.
04-74, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending June 30.2005. The amendment is as follows:

hhese funds, donated as part of Wal-Mart Hilo's community involvement program, will be used
towards the purchase of educational materials to be distributed to the public in commemoration
of Fire Prevention Week in October and of Emergency Medial Services (EMS) Week in
May 2005.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 361 and
recommends it pass first reading.
