Dear Chairman Arakaki and Council Members:
Please be advised that I have appointed Wawona-Dawn K. Case of
Waimea to the Hawaii County Committee on Children and Youth to
replace Amy K. Matsui of Hilo, who resigned due to a
conflicting work schedule.
Ms. Case is a life-time resident of Hawaii and is the Director
of 'Aha Punana Leo since 1994. Prior to that, she was a
part-time teacher at Waimea Elementary & Intermediate School.
Ms. Case is an active member of several community oriented
organizations. This information is being transmitted for your
information and files.
