Attached please find Draft 2 of Bill 283, relating to an ordinance amending Chapter 24, Article
8, Division 1, Section 24-199 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended),
Relating to Abandoned Special Mobile Equipment, Vehicles, 'trailers, and Equipment on
Wheels.
This draft contains the amendment to Draft 2 of this bill that was approved by the Committee on
Public Works and Intergovernmental Affairs, pursuant to communication no. 1164. 1, during its
meeting on May 6, 2008.
