Residential and Agricultural -1 Acre (RA-1 a)
Attached is Bill 292, Draft 2. Bill 292, Draft 2, is a product of amendments contained in Communication
No. 1191.2, as approved at the May 19, 2008, meeting of the Planning Committee. The amendment
added terms to existing Condition "D", relating to the creation of an additional egress/ingress route for
the proposed subdivision.
