Re: Position Vacancy Status Report Update
On April 2, 2008, a status report reflecting vacant funded positions, in the Executive
Branch, was transmitted to the Council via Communication 1039.4. That report was
created in late March and it reflected funded positions that appeared as vacant on the
February 29, 2008 and on the March 1, 2007 budget salary reports. Attached is an
updated report that shows the statuses, as of May 1St, of those positions listed in the
previous report. Please be aware that the departments are making a strong effort in trying
to fill all of the budgeted vacant positions in a timely manner. If there are any questions
about the status of these vacant positions, please feel free to contact the departments.
