Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill 252, Draft 2
Attached for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill 252, Draft 2, regarding the
operating budget. This proposed amendment would increase the Revenue, Fund Bal From Prev
Year account by $93,456 and increase Civil Defense Agency S&W account by the same amount.
The appropriation will be used to fund a new position in Section 3, Position Changes, called
Civil Defense Deputy Director.
The following amendment affecting appropriation(s) to the revenue account(s) and expenditure
account(s) are reflected below:
