Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill 252, Draft 2
Attached for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill 252, Draft 2, regarding the
operating budget. This proposed amendment would decrease the General Fund, Expenditures
West Hawaii Golf Program account by $200,000 and increase the Trans To Solid Waste Fund
account by the same amount; and increase the Solid Waste Fund, Revenues, Transfer From Gen
Fund by $200,000 and increase expenditures Landfill OCE by the same amount. The
appropriation will be used for educational programs to enhance recycling efforts.
The following amendment affecting appropriation(s) to the revenue account(s) and expenditure
account(s) are reflected below:
