Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill 252, Draft 2
Attached for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill 252, Draft 2, regarding the
operating budget. This proposed amendment would increase the General Fund, Revenues, Fund
Bal From Prev Year by $188,835 and increase the Expenditures Prosecuting Attorney S&W by
the same. The amendment will create five new positions.
Also, Section 3, Position Changes, the following are the proposed new positions:
1. Office of the Prosecuting Attorney
a. Investigator V
b. Legal Assistant II
e. Personnel Assistant II
d. Clerk III
e. Deputy Prosecuting Attorney-Kona
The following amendment affecting appropriation(s) to the revenue account(s) and
expenditure(s) are reflected below:
