Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill 252, Draft 2
Attached for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill 252, Draft 2, regarding the
operating budget. This proposed amendment would increase the General Fund, Revenues, Fund
Bal From Prev Year, by $76,790 and increase expenditures Fire Protection-S&W by $40,000,
Fire Protection-OCE by $24,018 and Fire Protection-Eqpt by $12,272. The appropriation will
provide for the Fire Department's Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training and
supplies to train CERT volunteers effectively and efficiently.
The following amendment affecting appropriation(s) to the revenue account(s) and expenditure
account(s) are reflected below:
