Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill 252, Draft 2
For your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill 252, Draft 2, regarding the operating
budget. This proposed amendment would increase the General Fund, Revenues, Fund Bal From
Prev Year by $24,527 and increase expenditures Clerk-Council Svc S&W by $17,527, decrease
the Clerk-Council Svc Equip, Misc Equip by $1,000 and increase Election Division S&W by
$8,000. The amendment includes salary adjustments, the purchase of the Kona Office video
equipment (+$21,000), deleting the purchase of a vehicle (-$22,000) and providing for vacation
in the Election Division.

expenditure(s) are reflected below:
