Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill 252, Draft 2
Attached for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill 252, Draft 2, regarding the
operating budget. This proposed amendment would decrease the General Fund, Expenditures, Tr
to Budget Stabilization Fund by $249,852, increase the Office Of Management S&W by
$219,852, and increase the Office of Management OCE by $30,000. The appropriation will
provide for the development of a Department of Energy Sustainability with one (1) Energy and
Sustainability Advisor position, one (1) Energy Policy Analyst position, one (1) Green Building
Expert, and one (1) Clerk.
The following amendment affecting appropriation(s) to the revenue account(s) and
expenditure(s) are reflected below:
