Re: Reconsideration of Bill No. 285
On May 21, 2008, the above-referenced bill failed to pass. Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure
and Organization of the Council of the County of Hawaii as adopted, Rule No. 16,
Reconsideration states that a member voting with the majority may move for a reconsideration.
At this time, I am requesting for a reconsideration of the vote for Bill 285. If the request for
reconsideration is approved, I will be amending Bill 285 with a Draft 2.
