Subject: Pi-ihonua Camp Renovation/Conversion Project
Approval of a Resolution Amending Resolution 38-95
Authorizing Exemption Pursuant to Sections 46-15.1 and 201H-
38 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes
Pursuant to Section 2(g) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the
Council of the County of Hawaii, this request is submitted with my
approval that the above-referenced matter be waived from the Hawa i i
County Housing Agency to the full Council for immediate action. In
reviewing this matter, timely approval is crucial to the activities of
a future residential development in the Pi'ihonua Camp Conversion
Project. It is therefore advantageous that approval is granted and \
the matter placed onto the June 2, 2008, Council agenda for
consideration. However, in the event this request is denied for any
reason, I understand the matter shall be referred to the Hawa i i
County Housing Agency for placement on its future agenda.
