RESOLUTION NO. ~ ` ~ ~~ ~
RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND
FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, the residents in the Pahoa area of Council District 5 are active; and
WHEREAS, the County facility at Pahoa Neighborhood Facility is used for family
gatherings, community events, sports activities and senior citizen activities; and
WHEREAS, equipment is needed to be replaced from time to time; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is supportive in maintaining the
facility in support of park users; and
WHEREAS, the community will fully benefit by new tables; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to
the Department of Parks and Recreation to be used for providing table equipment for the Pahoa
Neighborhood Facility; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

APPROPRIATION: $1,500
OUT AND FROM:
010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $1,500
CREDITED TO:
010.500.5507.06 Department of Parks and Recreation $1,500
Recreation Div-Equipment
(Pahoa Neighborhood Facility tables)
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Parks and Recreation and the Director of Finance and that the
Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the
terms of this resolution.
