Amendments to the FY 2008-2009 Capital Budget
`l-'his ~s to transmit Bill 253, Draft 3, which was the result of amendments approved at the
Co~lncil meeting on May 21, 2008, adding the following projects;

Net Increase (Decrease) 21,080
rl~he amendments increased the FY 2008-2009 Capital Budget by $21,080,000 to $180,642,000,
13.2% higher than the budget proposal submitted on May 5, 2008.
