SOBAY HAWAF I, INC. FOR ACQUISITION OF THE BEACHFRONT
PROPERTY.
Attached for your favorable review and consideration is a proposed resolution requesting
the Mayor to negotiate with SoBay Hawaii, Inc. to acquire the beachfront property at
Wai'aha Bay, North Kona.
Please have the attached resolution numbered and referred to the Committee on Finance
