Ie: Resolution 551-08 Authorizes the Payment of Funds of a Later Fiscal Year and of More
than One Fiscal Year for a Multi-Year Contract for a Waste-to-Energy Facility
Authorizes the Mayor to enter into a multi-year contract for services of designing,
building and operating a Waste-to-Energy Facility with a 20-year agreement, with one
five-year option to extend contracted Services (subject to a six-month review period for
value engineering with an option to cancel by the County Council and a review after
completion of the EIS and power purchase agreement with an option to cancel by the
County Council).]

Resolution 551-08 by the Department of Environmental Management at the May 7, 2008 County
Council meeting.
