We the undersigned show our opposition of building a five-story condominium
which would block the view of beautiful Honl's bay. In order to save the condo, they
would have to build a sea wall which would change the surf forever, make a
dangerous surf phenomenom tailed a 'wedge", and it would affect the delicate reef
